Onboarding
A lot of times we see businesses transitioning from for example; an IMAP email system like GoDaddy or Wix or even from Microsoft Office 365 or a self-hosted email system that no longer meets modern requirements. Each system has its own unique way of functioning that needs to be translated into a Google Workspace environment. At Cloud Captains, we ensure that this process is successful and that the environment even if it's not identical, its largely transferred and copied to Google Workspace. This includes calendars, contacts, data, and other valuable files that may be present.

Offboarding
In some cases, businesses may want to leave Google Workspace and move to another platform. This is where Cloud Captains can assist and help. It's often complex to extract the Google Workspace environment and ensure that everything is properly transferred and accessible for future use. A hybrid environment is often chosen so that people can still benefit from the Google Workspace setup.
